Terms & Conditions

DOOR POLICY

Individuals under the age of 20 years old are not permitted entry into the venue.
Every person entering Barra Cuda Beach Club must present a valid physical form of identification, such as an ID card, passport, or driving license

  • Management reserves the right to refuse admission to and/or remove any person appearing to be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or otherwise behaving dangerously or inappropriately. Please note NO refunds will be given under these circumstances.
  • To ensure safety, we reserve the right to conduct security searches of your person, clothing, bags and all other items upon entry and exit and reserve the right to confiscate items which may cause danger or disruption to others.
  • Food and beverages purchased outside the premises are not allowed inside.
  • Professional cameras and unauthorized video recording devices are not permitted. If you wish to record inside the venue, please contact our marketing team at least three days in advance.
  • By entering Barra Cuda Beach Club, you consent to being photographed or filmed, and you agree that such materials may be used for commercial distribution, publication, or promotional purposes by Barra Cuda Beach Club without compensation or copyright claims.
  • Animals are not allowed inside the venue.
  • We operate a strict no re-entry policy.
  • Drugs are not allowed in the beach club and police will be called if anyone is found using drugs.

E-TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • All tickets are non-refundable.
  • Ticket holders cannot be added to the sofa, bed, lounger, or any other seating reservations under any circumstances.
  • The ticket is only valid for the specific date purchased and will need to be shown on entry into the day club.
  • The cost paid for your ticket is non-refundable under any circumstances including situations and events out of our control, but we will offer a change of date in the same year if you contact us at least 7 days prior to your original ticket date (subject to availability). Please note that the cost of the tickets you have paid must be the same, or more than the ticket price of the new event and we will not be able to refund you the difference.
  • Tickets are sold subject to management’s right to modify or reschedule the events calendar due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, without any obligation to offer refunds or exchanges.
  • The purchaser represents and warrants that the ticket is purchased for personal use only, and that the ticket may not be resold or offered for resale by anyone. Resale or attempted resale of a ticket is grounds for cancellation of that ticket and the holder may be refused entry to, or ejected from the venue, without refund or other compensation.
  • If an event is rescheduled, ticket holders will be offered tickets to the rescheduled event.

SOFA & BED / TABLE BOOKINGS

  • All Sofa, Bed and Table bookings at Barra Cuda Beach Club are based on a cover charge plus a redeemable spend agreement.
  • The cover charge is the hire cost of the bed/table which includes entry to the venue.
  • The redeemable spend – is the minimum amount your party commits to spend that day on food and beverage from the venue. If you do not reach your redeemable spend during the hours of the event, you will not be refunded the difference, and the remaining amount cannot be transferred to another booking or event.
  • To complete your reservation, a non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances including situations and events out of our control, but we will offer to change to a different date in the same year if you contact us at least 7 days prior to your original reservation date (subject to availability).
  • Any changes to new reservations made must be made 7 days prior to the date of your reservation. If you contact us after this time, your deposit is non-refundable or transferable.
  • Guests are required to prepay for their booking at checkout. This payment includes a 10% Service Charge and any applicable local taxes and fees. Please note that all prepayments are non-refundable and subject to the deposit terms.
  • If guests notify us that they are running late, we can hold the reservation for a maximum of 1 hour. All guests across all areas of the venue can enjoy the use of their beds/tables/booths/cabanas/sofas/Loungers from 12PM. Closing times vary depending on the day and season. Please check with our team for the most up-to-date information.
  • On the day of the booking, guests will be required to pay the remaining balance, along with a 10% Service Charge and any applicable local taxes and fees, which will be automatically added to the final bill.
  • In exceptional cases, the venue reserves the right to reassign your booked area or seating to a different bed or table.
  • The management reserves the right to change or modify events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, refunds or exchanges will not be provided.
  • By reserving two or more beds under the same booking order we are unable to split the cost of the bill on the day. The cost will be charged on one bill, to one table/bed.
  • Bed prices are subject to change as per the Management’s discretion. In this instance, we are not obligated to reduce the price of any previously booked bed in the event that the price for other similar beds are reduced at a later time. We are also not obligated to notify clients to let them know of a change in price to other beds.
  • We reserve the right to change the price of any bookings should any errors have been made on our website and/or at the time of making a booking with our reservations department.
  • Barra Cuda Beach Club is not responsible for any unattended alcohol or personal belongings. Please be mindful of your items during your visit.
  • Amex card payments will require valid photographic identification such as a passport or driving license unless it is operated with a chip and pin. For fraudulent reasons we will also require a photocopy of the card & ID.
  • No credit/debit card details will be held once the payment is processed and receipt signed on the day of the booking. 
  • For the payment of your order(s) you will be redirected to the website of the payment processor. Barra Cuda Beach Club itself will have no financial information unless a manual booking is made with us via email.
  • Payment is always made via a secure connection, for more information please refer to the website of our payment processor. As we charge in the local currency of Thai Baht, we are unable to specify the amount taken in other currencies, your bank will determine this rate. 

RESTAURANT & THE BEACH BAR BOOKINGS

  • Please review the booking conditions for the Restaurant and The Beach Bar carefully before making a reservation, as they differ.

DRESS CODE

  • Barra Cuda Beach Club reserves the right to refuse admission for unsuitable attire which includes; body paint, fancy dress, novelty shoes, hen/stag accessories (including veils, crowns, sashes & matching t-shirts). Props including inflatables are strictly prohibited.
  • All guests must wear footwear to arrive and are also required to depart the venue respectfully clothed (tops & shorts/skirt).
  • Sports attire or jerseys with team logos are strictly prohibited.
  • Clothing with offensive language, images, or slogans are strictly prohibited.
  • Appropriate swimwear is required when using the pool.
  • Swimwear is not permitted in the restaurant.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

  • We do not store luggage or large bags at the venue, and they will not be permitted inside.
  • Guests are responsible for their own belongings while attending an event. Barra Cuda Beach Club accepts no responsibility for any personal property brought to the venue.
  • To help us give you the best customer service, please report any lost property as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help you recover your items.
  • For any lost property being collected please be aware that we only keep items for up to 30 days after they have been reported lost, so please contact us as soon as possible. All items found within the venue will be kept for 30 days, after this time all items will be submitted to the local authorities. 
  • Barra Cuda Beach Club does not accept any responsibility for the loss or damage to any property deposited in its lockers, phone charging units or safes.
  • Barra Cuda Beach Club will not accept any liability for the loss of jewelry, other valuables or money contained within the lockers. We ask all customers to immediately report to the Manager any missing items which have been deposited in the lockers or safes.

FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of adverse weather conditions, guests with bed bookings and tickets may be offered the opportunity to attend on an alternative date, subject to availability. Please note that such changes must be made prior to the day of the booked event.
We operate a strict no-refund policy. However, in cases of force majeure (including, but not limited to, natural disaster, terrorism, labor disputes, war, government actions or orders, epidemics, pandemics, outbreaks of communicable disease, quarantines, or national/regional emergencies), guests may be offered an alternative date to attend, subject to availability.
Weather in Phuket during the rainy season does not qualify as a force majeure.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All deposits are non-refundable and required to secure the booking.
  • If you are unable to attend your reservation or amend it to new conditions, you will not be required to pay the remaining balance. However, the deposit will not be refunded.

SAFETY

In case of Injury or accident, please inform our staff immediately. Please act and drink responsibly at all times inside the venue and make sure you stay hydrated at all times. 

  • No diving into the pool.
  • No running around the pool.
  • Drugs are strictly prohibited.

Please note that pool depths are shallow, ranging from 40 cm to 110 cm.
